This error happens because the newest WordPress version dropped support for the older jQuery version. In some themes, there is not update Swipebox jQuery library which is causing this problem.
If you are using one of the already updated themes: Industrial, Constructo, Psychiatrist, Construction, Procoin, or iDent, you just need to update your theme and anps_theme_plugin to the latest version.
If you are using a theme that was not updated yet, you can install the jQuery migrate helper plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ and set the jQuery Version option to Legacy 1.12.4-wp. You can find this option in Tools -> jQuery Migrate.
!Important! Do not forget to delete/purge cache (if you are using any WordPress cache plugin) and make a hard refresh of your browser (ctrl + f5 on Windows).
